This policy explains what The Answer Solutions LLC ("Answer Solutions", "we") collects when you use theanswersolutions.com, chat with us, book a call, or get texts from us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
The information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and what you tell us in a form, chat, or message. If you book a call, we also keep the time you picked. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To answer your questions, schedule and hold calls, follow up about the services you asked about, send appointment reminders, and run our business. We do not sell your information.
Text messages and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the service providers that help us deliver messages (for example our phone and messaging platform), only to provide that service.
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run our website, CRM, calendar, email and phone. They process your information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to work with you or as the law requires. Ask us and we will delete your information unless we are required to keep it.
